Selected food will be individually packaged, and placed in the refrigerator. That way it will be available upon arrival and can be cooked to your liking.
Triple F Farm sits on approximately 28 acres and is conveniently located just two miles off of I-40.
Our family has utilized three old grain bins that were originally put up in the mid to late 60's to create a one of a kind Airbnb experience.
When you see the bins, they are situated with the smaller of three bins in the center. With the two other bins connected, one on each side. The center bin is the modern kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a high bar for entertaining and a view that is never ending of the property. From the front double doors you can see out over the pasture. The rear double doors overlook a 2.5 acre stocked pond. The windows are 3’x6′ and let in plenty of natural light. The floors are polished concrete while above you is a ceiling that will leave you in aww.
As you look to the right of the kitchen you will see a wall with shelves on it...SURPRISE!
It's a hidden door into the main suite where you will find a luxurious 71" Anastasia nickel-plated double slipper soaking tub.
The ceiling is adorned by a six foot crystal chandelier that will absolutely take your breathe away! You will also find a king size bed, full bath located behind two double barn doors, and a washer & dryer just in case you need to do laundry.
To the left of the kitchen is the whiskey room and it truly lives up to it's name.
When you walk into the room you will notice the patina walls that we repurposed from an old chicken house.
The ceiling was designed to look like a whiskey barrel from each board being burned a different color and hung in a unique design. It is a sight to be seen! There is a full bath located downstairs that has all the amenities. The loft upstairs boast a king size bed and overlooks the entire property, from the pasture to the pond, absolutely breathtaking.
You have your own private beach with loungers to layout if you would like, a firepit and dock for fishing.
The back porch is complete with Ipe wood furniture, fireplace and grill.
We also have three Texas Longhorns that are retired show steers. They are our pets and they love attention. If you would like to interact with them just let us know and we would love to come out.

Greenhouse that guests can pick herbs from if they so desire as well as fresh chicken eggs they can take from the nesting boxes if they are available.
If you desire a specific wine, beer or spirit. If we can source it, we will provide it.
